Need some help

So I have an 04 Ex coupe in auto..there is a alot of vibration in the steering wheel..I have had the cars tires rotated and balanced...and its still coming from the front...I feel it at all speeds...the rims arent dented at all and they are straight...(stock 15inch wheels) what else do you think it can be? The power steering doesnt make any noise, but I do find the car floating somewhat and that could be just the wind today..

Thanks

A
