60 in a parking lot and pulling the eBrake is hardly an "accident."
Yeah, it wasn't intentional that he slammed his stupid *** into an F150, but a whole bunch of terms such as "negligent" (sp) come to mind.
He should get arrested, as well have his lisence suspended for a year or so. If you're going to show off, do it at the track, or by taping a timeslip to the inside window of your car.
Being gay in a parking lot isn't intimidating... having your friends talk about your 11 second run is.
**** that guy! if i was in the f150, i would have certainly had to almost have 2 other people refrain me from beating the **** out of that guy with a HUGE mag lite! i'd be coming out of albertsons with my groceries, all innocent and id see this ****ing huge crash scene and a guy with a 'kick my ***' stamped on his face! As to why there's more damage on the eclipse, well obviously it's lower to the ground which is why it suffered more upper bumper/fender/hood damage. as opposed to the f150 that kind of just sat there and took lower-end damage. plus i mean come on, use common sense, its a truck vs an import. one is obviously going to dominate the other in the car crushing category

Haha, the way you wrote the above sentence sounds like having your friends talk about your 11 sec run is gay.

wow.... I've seen stupid people at meets, but that takes the cake.
If I was that guy in the F-150, I would have laughed so hard. I mean the truck needs a front bumper and the Eclipse needs a front clip and rebuilt suspension.
And I’m guessing if he going fast enough to deploy the air bags, he was going fast enough to be considered reckless driving, and in Ohio you can be arrested, up 60 days in jail, $2,500 fine and 2 years license suspension. I hope this dumba$$ gets all that.

I didn't intend to flame anyone.
Eclipse needs... new airbags, rebuilt suspension, new bumper, possibly a new axle. Couple grand, when you include all the painting and labor.
The truck... well... new bumper, which you probably don't even paint. $300 bucks, tops.

it's at least $1,000 USD to fix the air bags. I had one air bag done once when an F-150 hit me, it was $600 just for the chemicals that explode when the air bag goes off, not including the air bag and labor, and that was onlt one air bag, he had 2 go off.
I would guess closer to 4-5 gradn in damage on that car.

that eclipse... well its messed up. as for the ford its not as simple people its alot more than a bumper a bumper, grille, most likely a light from the looks of the angles, the radiator support possibly(very likely), couldve done some minor unnoticeable damage to the fender that depending on the appraiser would be replaced, and possible a radiator.
i know it seems simple but its not that easy to tell whats actually hit(its not easy to get appraisal license), thats why if you bump into something you should check your bumper beam if the bumper even looks fine cus it couldve bent and the bumper bounced back out. plus its not always about ridgitity of car its the angles and forces involved.
