new performance headers such as the DC sports ones will help maximize exhaust gas flow...it makes "breathing" for your engine easier and in turn producing more hp if you get a good one...these with a CAI (cold air intake) and a Cat back exhaust are usually the first performance mods that peeps do...but maybe you already knew that...i've heard nothing but good things about DC sports so you should check those out dude...hope that helped..

but seriously, right now a header cost probably 350 to 400 and it doesnt increase much horsepower
i think the best solution is what import tuner did, they tested the hayame intake and the output was like 4.2 hp more

now that's worth it cuz its only 150 dollaz

The DC headers are the best....I know because I have one : )
I have the ceramic coated 4-1 headers. 4-1 because I'm more interested in Top-End power, and ceramic instead of stainless because they retain heat a lot better. And don't believe what magazines say....and sorry, that hayame intake isn't going to give me more HP than my AEM. The best dyno test you can do is on the street driving your car, not reading it out of a magazine. If I sat there at the dyno for hours running one intake, I could say I got that much more too, but it's a engine on a stand.
