to answer some questions. thats a Mugen tuned Legend. Mugen currently doest operate in the US. So we will never see it in the US. The engine is a Mugen engine i believe. Honda hasnt made any v8s for commerical us yet.
I highly doubt Mugen will be bringing ANY form of this beast to America. And, even if they did, it wouldn't be competition for an M3, it would be competition for the new M5. Mega repost, but very nice car nonetheless.

yeah, it is an RL which belongs to mid-large size car, so as the M5.
