Get them to touch it up? Nah! Buy some touch up paint from them and do it your self. Clean off the area that needs to be painted, and apply THIIN THIN coat(s)...building it up as necessary to make it smooth and even with your current paint. Be sure it let it dry really well between coats!

of course it'll never be exactly the same color, but its so damn close you can't even tell...
touch up paint costs like 6 bucks canadian.... just take your time with it and use an AFTERMARKET brush

Use a toothpic. You heard me, a toothpic! It's a lot easier, and the results are better! Whatever you do, don't use the brush that it comes with...it sucks!
Yes, GS-27 works! However, it only works in FINE FINE scratches! Otherwise.....no luck!
