i think neons are looked at as rice. but i say that underbody kits are ok as long as your car is clean looking, and it complements your car. underbody kits look ghetto when you can see the actual bulbs hanging out from under the car.

Rep Power: 380 neons are cool as long as they compliment your car. i have a set of blue underbodies and they make the evo5 kit look real nice. and im alos getting ready to install them under my front seats. sooner or later im going to put some blue led's inthe engine bay for show purpose.

Rep Power: 0 I think neons look cool under your car but you must have some kind of body kit or lip kit so you dont see the tubes. It looks really bad when you see the tube under the car.

its like how people hate bodykits period. only real use of it is "show".
