88 yugo w/ B16?
Would you be able to swap a b16 motor and transmission into a 1988 yugo gvx? Im thinking of buying a yugo with my grandfather and doing a project car with him. Any suggestions? thanks http://autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?ca...sp=y&cardist=7
My SL65 rim, because a rim is all I can afford

Huymmmm...... with enough effort you can do it, but you are not going to just bolt a B16 up to it. You will have to make and weld the mount in to place, probably have some custom axles made and a bunch of little parts. But no, a B16 won't just drop into anything other than a civic or integra (oh yeah or a CRV).

Don't hate, we had one for close to 100,000 miles! But, a b18 would require a stronger framework! There is a Fiat dohc race motor that would fit

Well, if you can get a B18 in the original mini, you can probably get it in anything. Just make it strong enough to hold it.

You could torque a Yugo with the stock motor
