Jesse James - unvails his flying car on Friday per "60 Minutes" last night.
Remember the flying car that James was working on? He built it, and the first test flight is scheduled for Friday at Kitty Hawk, N.C.

Rep Power: 481 Wow. That's kinda cool. If I can get the day off tomorrow, I'd drive down there. I'm only about an hour and half away from Kitty Hawk, NC. Been down there many times. I guess he's going to try and fly it from about the same place that the Wright brothers did it.

Jesse James of "Monster Garage" Fame Tries Out Flying Car on Outer Banks
There's been a huge buzz on the Outer Banks and a little confusion since Jesse James, star of the Discovery Channel hit show Monster Garage, let it out on National TV that he'd be filming the season finale of his show in the most challenging construction to date, a flying car.
The flying car is built around a $92,000.00 domestic sports car, a Panos Esperante. The flying car has flaps, but no rudder and wasn't designed to fly circles around the airport.
Jesse just wanted to prove in the spirit of the Wright Brothers and the rules of the show that his team could build a flying car in five days under budget, and he did!
The Monster Garage grand finale will likely air in a two part broadcast June 6 and 13.
