the rumor surfaces again....
This hit the s2ki.com forums today. Rumor of a supposed S2000 coupe. Yet oddly enough they use the same pic that started this rumor 3 years ago. lol.
It's a photo shop of an S2000 with a mazda hood. There is not and never will be, an S2000 coupe.

I like the current S2000. We had a some nice weather yesterday and there was a sexy black one out yesterday. The car is pretty big, it much more muscular than a civic. In pictures it looks smaller.

that pic looks just like the back of the new mazda 8's...the taillights do anyway
I dont think it looks that good, the front looks to long compared to the back of the car

roadster is a type of car, not a trim level.

Anyway, I wonder if they have any plans to put in a V6 or put in a slightly larger engine. I would rather see Honda continue with the path that the S2000 has been taking (larger engine, a slight redesign) then go and become a coupe.
s2000man, not all "S" cars have been roadsters, the s500 and s600 are actually sedans under the benz label. if you were thinking of the benz roadsters you were looking at the sl500, sl600, along with the smaller version the slk.

He was actually refering to Honda's S-series. Those cars are very very very old. They have made them all as roadsters. We don't need to bring Benz in to the picture.

I'm talking about the S500, S600, and S800 roadsters that were honda cars. They are from the 60's, 70's.
The S800 was available in a coupe, however, the S800 name was somewhat a misnomer since the car was not the same car as the roadster.
