dont know, but looks like this could be the platform for america, of course the hp will be around 450, not 800. and the cost seems it will be infiniti branded than nissan, since target market will not be enticed by a nissan.
marketing 101 peoples, stupid people love names, even if that means a toyaota and lexus are the same thing, they will consider lexus at a higher plateau.

Well it will be a Twin Turbo 4.5L engine!! That will be hella fast...Too bad it probably won't be offered here.
Seeing as this isn't a Nissan-backed concept vehicle, and was just a one-off vehicle done by tuning company Top Secret, I wouldn't get your hopes up. It would be no different than some tuning house putting an NSX engine into a Civic branding it the next mid-engined Civic.
im sure the final version will look a bit different from that. yes, they are bringing the skyline to the states but it will probably be called the infiniti gtr. itll probably be a naturally aspirated v8 i think.
I doubt it will have a naturally aspirated V8. It will more than likely use, at the very least, the VQ32DETT found in the JGTC Nismo Pitwork Z.
Here are a few scans posted on another forum.

These spy shots were taken at the Nurburgring in Germany where Nissan was testing the next GT-R (with minor styling differences to that of the Skyline GT 350 /G35. However, they're only testing out the actual drivetrain and whatnot, the way the car looks here is different than what the final GT-R will look like.
