Stupid City Workers!!!! (56k ... get broadband)
Ok, so I went out to my car to leave for work yesterday and notice the Plow truck went by my house .... usually not a big deal but this time it was ... I had a rock jammed in my front door between the front of door and that pannel ... bent the metal so now my door rubs when I open it ... so i took pictures of it so i get in my car and notice my front window was cracked as well ... so I called the police and had them come do a report for insurance ... I said and I quote "Must have been going pretty damn fast to get a rock stuck in my door and bend it." and the cop goes " they dont go that fast its just that the snow going up over the snowbank must have done it ... then I preceded to say " yeah those slow moving rocks really do lots of damage ... you're right" .... 
anyways went and got an estimate and 740 bucks to fix window and door problem 
gald im not paying it ... if my insurance dont cover it and the cities dont cover it ... court time 
but i'll win cuz I got photos of it all ... look below!

call the city first they should pay for it. dont talk to your insurance yet and document thows pictures take them down to city hall if need be and show them + bring a copy of the police reports

Dumbasses. Good luck with the court man. I have to go to court in a couple weeks to try to get my money back from some damage my car got from a pothole. I hope I win. I took pictures as well.

Rep Power: 0 My insurance is paying for it then they go after the city insurance company for the money ... so I guess it doesnt really matter to me ... but if it ends up being a battle i've got the pics to prove it ... the cop took pictures too ... the cop had the head manager guy of the DPW come out too so the city knows about it ... I live in a rather small city so the cop knew my dad and was nice about it ... just made that dumb comment ...
Hey abmerop what happened to your car? Me and this guy from work were going to lunch one day, and were driving through the city and look over and there is a manhole cover standing stright up in the air its sitting on its rim in the manhole so it was really hard to see, so he flagged a cop down and told him about it. There is no telling what kind of damage would have been done if someone had hit that thing.

Rep Power: 0 Damn, that sux dont trip the city should pay for it just get a quote form the dealer to get an expensive quote. They have to pay especially if you tell them that the dealer is the only people you trust with your car.
