tonight on barret jackson someone asked.... bob... what do yuo think will be bringing max $$$ in 20 years.... since a chevelle sold for 300,000$....well he says.. "what its gonna be is what are these teenagers nowadays lusting after... cause in 20 years when they have the $ then thats what will be in demand..."
the guy responds to that statement with.. i definently doubt a slammed honda civic is gonna bring anything near that. bob.....lolol these kids nowadays :-/
i thought personally it was very funny.. and it shows you civic people like my friend simeon... in 20 years the civic is still gonna be a pos..not a "wow" you have a pimped out civic...

^^ Oh my goodness. I just saw taht one! He mentioned a slammed Civic... I dunno, I think maybe an untouched RSX-S would be worth the big bucks in 20 years. For the domestic fans I know SRT-4's will be hot.

Rep Power: 347 I'm sure in 20 years Mercedes, Ferrari and all the best of the best will have cars that are a lot better than modern cars. Sportscars will be different and luxery will have a totally different meaning in 20 years...

im saying they'll be alot nicer.. but im also saying... right now a mercedes 300SL from 19XX went for like 200+k in 20 years i would want to get a Cl65 to say man.. when i was 18 i really wanted this car and now i have it...

Rep Power: 0 Everything barring exotics will be worth it's weight in feces as they're all extremely mass-produced and worth a whopping nothing. 20 years from now I wouldn't imagine anything other than Ferraris, Lamborghinis and Elises (and the like) pulling in large sums at auction.

Rep Power: 0 in 20 years there will be no roads or gas and just hovercraft type vehicles which float in the air... cars like in the jetsens and stuff. Or like the cars from "back to the future" when hes in the future. So if you were to get a current car in 20 years, where would you drive it or fuel it?

Rep Power: 0 I'd imagine that its gonna be the same cars that are selling now, just quadrupled in price. I guarantee you that when I get some money (im in college now) that I'll be going after an early vette shell and put a custom chassis and engine into it. My roommate is lusting after a late 60s chevelle and wants to put a big block in it. I agree with the guy that said our cars will be worth their weight in feces. No one (in 2020) is going to go, wow, look at that SRT-4, it was a peice if turboed **** when it came out and now its 20 years old! Bidding starts at 90 grand!
