new trim line "SE" for civic EX
i went by Hersons Honda in Rockville today just for the hell of it.. this nice candy apple red civic coupe caught my attention on the showroom floor.. not to mention it was fitted with 17 inch Konigs?? Greddy EVO2 exhaust?? lowered also? pretty nice but i couldnt find this exact version with all the aftermarket parts on it on honda.com.. whats your thought on this
also.. if anyone could post pics of the chiicago auto show (the new 8th gen civic is coming out) thatd be great.

2004 it only added fogs, spoiler, exhaust tip and badges I think. In 2004 it was an add on to the EX, we asked them not to put on the badges, though I wish I would have asked for them. I bet we could have sold them on ebay, I bet we were charged for them

2005 it adds different wheels (which are ugly IMO) and a silver face 6-disc. in dash deck(which doesnt match interior IMO) and I dont think the lighting on the deck matches the rest of the car either

sounds like what the other guys said, dealer custom car. when I was in AZ for winter I went to a Nissan dealership to test the 350Z and they had a bunch of the Titan trucks all tricked out with new grilles and bigger rims and tint and the works. they actually sold those ones but with the added price and markup of installing all the aftermarket parts of course. just another marketing thing i guess
wish I had $$ to mod mine...

my buddy works for honda and there working on an 05 s2000, they put in dash Flip out TV, Interior neons, Exhaust,Header, and CAI. And he said that there supposed to be getting some 18's in for it.

Rep Power: 0 i saw an 05 (i think...coulda been 04. only got a quick glance) SE at the honda dealer the other day. it looked lowered, but it may just have been the lip kit. i know it had a lip kit for sure cuz i was standing there comparing it to the normal 05's/04's and the sides and all that stuff were deffinetly different.
it looked pretty nice but im sure it was overpriced.

Rep Power: 0 all the dealers that i have went to lattly now have a pimped out (semi riced) out verson of an ex in there showroom. crome on a civic for rims but there was a really nice one that was a black civic with black rims with a polished lip for only 2 grand more.

Rep Power: 0 The only downside to the SE is the wheels. The Leather wrapped steering wheel rocks. I like the OEM spoiler so that worked out for me. And the 6-disc CD changer = uber.

Rep Power: 316 I got chased down by a guy in a stock '05 "Special Edition" he turned on to the street I was going down and started speeding and getting on my as.s then when the road turned into 2 lanes he got next to me and kept flooring it and backing next to me over and over he was trying to race me... I was laughing my butt off dumb ricers... ever since I dropped my car and put rims on it ricers won't leave me alone it seems
