repo?
ok i haven't been really paying my monthly payments cause i can't afford to anymore. so i was wondering what are the consequences besides bad credit. and also a couple of my friends tole me that i could return the car without paying the rest of it off. is this true? please give me some feedbacks and info on what i should do....

there is also another way, take it somewhere safe, key it (make scraches on the doors and bumpers) so that insurance will give you a check for the damages, usually it's like couple grand because they would have to paint the car if it's scratched up, then pay the next couple of payments of your car. Advantage: your car wont get repoed, disadvantage: you will be driving a scratched up car.
i've been trying to but i live in a small town so no one wants the car.
a friend of mine suggested that we strip the whole car and run it into a pond. its a brand new car though. i haven't payed for two months now so i guess i already have bad credit. oh wells...by the way my moms the co-signer so i was wondering once they repo it..she gotta pay for it no matter what?

2 months isn't bad.........they will threaten you after like 2 or 3 months. Just send them some money to shut them up. The don't pay for another 2 months. You have about 5 months left to play with it
btw.......... they will be after your mom....don't be a dick and ruin her credit too.
