In the 90's, there were Z 2 seaters, and Z 2+2 (4) seaters. Nissan just found a way to charge alot more for the Z 2+2.
A nice car? Yes. A Skyline? In some people's eyes maybe, but not in mine.
I still like it. Even though it's a FM like the other the nissans, this is the Skyline 350GT in Japan. We have actual skylines being shipped to the states. I read the car and driver magazine today and there is good news. The GT-R version of the skyline will be coming out. It will either be the twin-turbo version of the 3.5 VQ engine or a 3.2 Liter engine that produces just as much, if not more power.
i thought the new GTR was going to be based off the jgtc engine in used in the 02 skyline and the current fairlady Z's. the engine is going to be based off the VQ30dett which is off the older 300 zx. got to see them cars upclose at California Speedway for the JGTC and D1 events in december. The motul skyline was there and off course the calsonic, motul, and xanavi 350s. you had a chance to ride in the motul skyline and take a couple of laps around the track.
My SL65 rim, because a rim is all I can afford

Nice car, but I have to agree it's not a skyline. The balance from I6 is hard to replace with any V6 motor (I'm refering to the engine balance by the way)

It's built off of the Z platform, with the same engine, and 4 seats. Hardly a Skyline.
