what year models are 7th gen civics??
really stupid question...as you can see, but i'm really curious. is 02 vic a 7th gen? cause 02 and 04 have different front grille... 
Nothing works better than a Chris except a Honda.

Hmm... This is a good question, should we call the other models 7 and a half or something, because there were the two redesigns, one for the interior and one for the exterior... Hmmm, oh well, I'm rambling...
01-02's are original 7th gens, everything after that was just updated/refreshed, but they are still 7th gen cars.

updated/refreshed? more like fixed the problems and the recalls from the previous years. the 01-02 gave honda time to figure out wtf was wrong with their civics.
as wrussi said, anything with the chassis: "em2 es1 es2 es3 ep1 ep2 ep3 " are 7thgen. if it rocks the d17, its a 7thgen. while the hatchback si sports the k20a3
