i like the sketch better. i dunno why the changes are so subtle? as if there's none. the sketches are the current lancers out, it looks more aggressive and "pimper?".

4 doors=lower insurance. I think thats why they do it.
Im sure they will make it lighter and faster to keep up with the sti but im sure it's gonna cost more chedda too.

Yet it does come in a slushbox. A GT-A version has steering wheel shifters too, so you don't have to leave it as an auto.

Well, I'm just saying that because like so many other people, I want a four door that I can bring to the track/have fun with on the weekends and still drive everyday.

The simple answer is that they're cheaper because they're already on an existing platform and coupes aren't as popular as they are here in North America. Some companies make rally cars out of hatchbacks, which, like the sedan, is also popular abroad.

Personally - I'm more of a fan of the VIII - I don't like the new rear. I war reading the article that went with pictures of that car in Sport Compact last night, and it looks like they're going to bump the price up as well. At least the engine's getting a little kick.

I hope so too, but that bumper doesn't look much different/stronger than the one on the current EVO, so it doesn't look likely. The problem up here is that our front bumper crash test ratings are more strict than they are in the U.S. This is why get screwed out of alot of cars that are sold in the U.S. (ie. EVO, GTO, etc).
