it still resembles somewhat a hatch/van. Ill say one thing, if yall think honda gonna put 200hp in the sI, you gotta be day dreaming. Honda is not gonna take away profits of the rsx-s, they already know people WILL BUY the 160hp version. Why add more HP, when its competition isnt adding anymore itself? Thats why they have the s2000 and type-s. Honda isnt looking to go for evo/sTI/st4 territory. There not into that type of market. Also adding 200hp and price jumps up. The sI is selling for 19gs, honda would have to sell it for 21-22g's with the added horsepower, and still that's taking away from rsx and rsx-s profits.
Until people stop buying the sI product, it will still stay the tried and true 160hp/130trq power plant.

Rep Power: 348 OMG, that is one UGLY *** car. I wouldn't be caught dead in that thing. They do need more than the 160hp they have in the current model. They are losing ground to cars that are chaper and faster. For example, why would you buy a Civic when you can get a 160hp Mazda3 or Scion tC? That's for now because Mazdaspeed will come out with a turbo on the 3 next year and will make upwards of 200hp. The tC, with it's optional SC, also makes about 200hp. Civic need 160 for the base and then at least 200 for the Si.
