click on the little scale on the top right in the box that he posted in...you should come to a little screen that says approve or disapprove...select on approve for positive rep or disapprove for negative...then type in a comment and add in your username if you like

iono about yall but i used it awhile back and carfax does tell you sh*t about accident, stolen/rob, flood. ive search for cars that have been those condition and it came out negative.
