Yeah, apparently so (that is it says he does in the link). The Porsche driver lived, he crawled out at the end of the video.
But the Ferrari driver definitely would have been burned bad, because I believe Nomex (the fireproof material that racing overalls are made out of) only give you 30 seconds of protection, and he definitely was in there for longer than that.
The Ferrari reminded me of clips I saw of Nikki Lauda almost burn to death in the late 1970's in his Ferrari on the Nordschleiffe
