how different are the 2003 and 2005 models?

Basicly Isaw some headlights for a 2005 civic and was wondering if they would fit a 2003.

Also they make fog lights for the 2005 hybrid and I was wondering if those would fit my 2003 hybrid.

Does anyone know?

Well if the headlights for the 05 are anything like my headlights (04) then I don't think they will fit on your 03 cause they are totally redesigned, and don't fit in the way the 03 headlights do.

Headlights from 04-05 will not fit 01-03 unless you do a total front end conversion consisting of a 04-05 hood, fender, and bumper. 04-05 foglights are the same for all models and hybrid, but will not fit your 03 hybrid. Neither do 01-03 fogs for regular civics fit because of your exclusive hybrid bumper.

Not sure if you can even buy 03 hybrid fogs in the states. You might need to get a pair from Asia.
