I notice a significant amount of people that drive very poorly in general, tailgating, speeding, altogether driving wrecklessly that I would classify as a "ricer."

An automobile phenomenon that encompasses the utilizes equipment with gaudy, superficial, and often times unnecessary accessories. This practice if often performed for individuals who are often turned on or occasionally sexually satisfied by loud oversized functionless “fart cannons”, the infusion of a wing from an F-16 tomcat to the trunk of their vehicle with 2 – 4 foot support stands, the utilization of excessive vinyl graphics to the point where the original color of the car is barely known, inducing the concept of a fast vehicle via the stupid a$$ thing or things from E-Bay (make your muffler sound like a turbo, and the electric turbo fan), and the use of window stickers to that claim turbo charged and supercharged at the same time when in actuality the only thing supercharged is your misconception of your vehicle, and finally the utilization of functionless body accessories (ie hood scoops, roof scoops, or trunk scoops on a civic) and tezzas (3rd party headlights and tail lights). Owners of such works of less than stellar RICE art are usually under the influence of a narcotic called stupidity and feel that their accessories make their car the fastest thing on 3 wheels and a donut.

pretty simply its the tasteless modification of a vehicle...its all opinionated..but some universal rice includes -
stickers...most wings on fwd cars...mufflers (not exhaust system)...hood scoops on saturns...stuff like that..but like i said..its all opinionated...the definition changes with every person

almost beat the crap out of some kid with tezzas, 18's, and body kit tell my that my STOCK civic was a rice rocket and that his was a totally different performance level and couldnt be rice in any way.. just saying that is BEING rice..
everyone has their own opinions. but the obvious term of "rice" starts with unpainted kits, that spooling sound turbo that sells on eBay, the turbo blow off valve sound product, non functional spoilers(seems like their for 'show') , advertising brand stickers when you dont have that particular item on your car, and so on. the ugly ****.
btw, rice isnt a real word (besides the grain), its just an bigger/different meaning of "ugly"
