would you sacrifice.....
would you sacrifice comfort over performance? like the mitsu evo rs http://www.sportcompactcarweb.com/fe...3scc_mitsuevo/
no rear wing, rear wiper, ABS, A/C, power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, the trunk trim, the leather wrap around the parking brake lever, the sound system, map lights, most of the sound deadening

HAHA you guys should have seen my Mazda
No power windows
No power locks
No power mirrors
No leather wrap stuff
No A/C
No ABS
Took out most of the sound deadening
Took out a interior panels
And a suspension that was made for a race track
When guys don't realize how unneeded things like power mirrors are.
The way I saw A/C was, if its hot then you can put the windows down, ifs its cold then you don't need A/C. And if its raining its not hot enought to need A/C

What did you do when its raining and the windshield started to fog?
i would say it's still worth it, only if you are using it as pure track racing...
it says:
"What gets added is a bar spanning the rear strut towers, a limited-slip front differential and a set of halogen headlamps to replace HIDs used in the VIII"...not bad to have the LSD as well as the strut towers...FYI, LSD are very important if you are really into racing...
and on this car, i would disable the ABS... like other race cars... ABS are pretty much useless...esp when you are using techniques such as drifting...ABS is to help those who is not as skilled in braking, those who are would live w/o it and would prefer to live w/o it...w/ the ABS, you will not be able to perform left foot braking and power slides...well you could, but you won't be in full control...
not a bad buy i would say... the EVO is not a simple car.... takes some research to know more....
my 2 cents,
Ah Long

With a car like that, who in the heck is gonna notice a 100lb difference!? Madwheel's got a GSR that's 100lbs lighter than a regular evo, i'm sure if you do feel anything different, it's all in your head
