ok. I just bought another Honda tuning mag an hour ago when I was at walmart.

This sucks though I was reading up on headers for lx's. Supposedly its illegal to get one installed on an lx because of emissions testing. What the hell is emissions testing?

here in CA with our wonderful smog laws, your car must conform to certain rules. emissions testing is to make sure your car's not polluting the air with excessive smog (is that the right word?)

it makes your air healthier

no they dont in florida. florida doesnt have any testing at all, if my memory serves me correct
