I hate Les Schwab. What a bunch of freakin homos. One of my lugs snaps the bolt when im tightening it the other day. So I call the fine employees of Les Schwab tires on Tuesday evening.
"Yeah, we can fix that for ya! Go ahead and bring it in tomarow morning!"
Ok, great. I drop my car off Wednesday at 10am.
I tell them: "Ok I really need my car by the end of the day, and the guy I talked to yesterday said you could do it no prob."
Les Schwab jackass: "Did you make an appointment?"
me: "Look the guy just said: 'Bring it in this morning'"
Jackass: "mmm, who did you talk to?"
Me: "Can you do it or not?!"
Jackass: "I dont know, it will be tight. You should have made an appointment."

Im about to kill this moron as I relictantly hand him my keys.
Wednesday, 6:00pm no word on my car. I call and they are closed! Well that destroyed my plans for the evening.
So today I call them up at 11:00am.
"Whats going on with my car?"
"Oh, yeah the civic right? Um...Yeah we havent gotten to that yet. I can try and have it done by 6:00pm but im (get this) not making any promises."
me: ".....(im about to freakin die) You ***, I told you how important this was for me to get done quickly."
Jackass: "Sir, im sorry but we have just been -"
Me: "Dont worry about it, im just going to come pick up my car."
Jackass: "Ok sounds good." *click!*

Yea stop going there and go somewhere else. It shouldnt take them but an hour or two at the most to fix it if it is in the front, and not but 10-15 min if it is in the rear. I hate when shops always like to take there sweet *** time, even when they arent busy.

I just went there and asked for my keys. The guy is looking as something on the computer, hands me my keys and says ABSOLUTLY NOTHING. I took it to another shop and they are like "Come pic it up in a couple hours k!"

I was tightening a lug on the front drivers side rim. The lug broke the bolt off when i was tightening it. I need them to replace the bolt

Haha...I just went to Les Schwab the other day. Had to remount some of my old tires onto a wheel and get it balanced...cool thing is that they did it for free.

Took it to another shop, they did it in 1hr and 30min. Charged me $60. Then they made an appointment for me to get my car alligned at a place for $65. Freakin finally I get to have my car alligned.
