Marketing is funny

It’s funny how a civic ex has a lot of same features of an RSX type S. In the end is the RSX Type S just a Civic with a bigger engine and bigger brakes?

-Civics have a independent multi link double wishbone suspension in the rear
-Civics have a McPherson strut suspension set up in the front
-Civic coupes doors are "weighted" to avoid dinging like the rsx
-Civics meet ulev rating

There is more than a 10k price difference in Canadian dollars between a Type S and Civic EX coupe.
Since Civics and RSX share many similarities I guess the civic is a very high quality cars in comparison to its competitors even the EX Coupe engine is underpowered

integras have always been 'bigger, better' versions of civics ... so really, nothing has changed with that ;P
