what should i use to clean the inside of my head lights and im talkin about the clear part

Uhm....you cant really unless you take it apart. To do that you have to follow the headlight clearing DIY. How the hell did you get it dirty in there?

if its condensation, just pull out a bulb and take a hair drier to it. otherwise, you have to take it apart.

It's plastic, so use a plastic cleaner I like meguiar's clear plastic polish.
