I am looking on clubrsx for the 19mm rear sway bar and another member said he will sell me his bar with brackets and bushings and endlinks for $100 shipped, do you think that is a good deal?

If you've got an EX, you don't need the brackets or endlinks. They'll work just fine. If you want good endlinks, I suggest you buy Grey's. Also, I'd recommend getting the Energy Suspension bushings at a later time. Just buy the bar and bushings. Shouldn't cost more than say, $60ish shipped.

You don't need to use RSX endlinks.
Just use stock endlinks and upgrade later in the future.
Tell him you will pay $60-65 shipped for sway bar and bushings.
ES bushings are better than stock rsx bushings.

This guy is now giving me BS excuses. I asked him to ship it USPS priority mail, and he said it would cost him $30 to ship it that way. BS, USPS cost cheaper than shipping UPS ground and it is way faster. I asked him for $60 shipped for just the bar and bushings and he said the cheapest is $100 shipped. oh well I will keep looking.
