Rep Power: 0 1990 acura integra for $1,000? hmm...
I was looking through a local paper today and there is a Integra for $1,000. It needs a tranny. I Was thinking of a motor swap. What would be a good motor, and is it worth it?

Rep Power: 309 needs an tranny as in it doesnt come with the orginal one or the one on the integ is pretty beat?
it depends, if you have the time and money, you can make it well worth it. if your in school or working most of ur life, then its a loss eventually.
i always wanted a 90-93 integ hatchback/coupe as a project car

Rep Power: 0 It still has the tranny in it but it's shot, as for school, nope, but i work 6-7 days a week, have nights off and wanted a project for the winter. It's either I get this or I am building a turbo fiero V-6, building the motor from the bottom up.
