thinking bout trading my friend for his 91 slammed gt 5.0 mustang...so cherry!what do you guys think?....

hmmm....I would say....no.

Honda: Great gas milage, minimal maintenance, low cost car.

Ford: V8 milage...13 year old car....need I go on?

tokico shocks, eibach springs, 306 c.i. motor, poly. bushings, 3in. cowl hood, aluminum driveshaft, 3.73 gears in the rear, corbeau seats..yadda yadda yadda...gas mileage is of no concern....

In general, trading an 01+ car for a '91 = no.

I'd buy a 5.0 for a second car, but for my only car... and a straight trade? That's an AWFUL deal.

Gas milage may not be of concern now...but what about in the future? I wouldn't do it. If you want to sell him the Vic...fine... If you want an M3 (from your title), find a nice used one and buy an E30 or early E36.
