Tinting Question
I'm looking at a used civic cx hatch that has tints all around except for the windshield. The tints are almost blacked out it seems. Not sure of the exact % tint however. I know I'm going to have trouble with the driver and passenger side tints in my town and that I'll probably be pulled over to get them removed and I don't want to have to deal with the aggrevation of getting a ticket or anything so I wanted to remove the front tints right of the bat.
Can the tint be removed from the glass or must I put new un-tinted glass in? If I can remove it - how much $$ would it be? If I had to put new glass in how much $$ would it be? Thanks!

It can be removed. You could either do it yourself or have someone do it for you. Shouldn't cost that much...if it does...than go the DIY route...
