Those are times I've seen at the track by my friends. The Srt-4 time has been repeated a few times by other Srt-4's. The 14.10 1/4 mile is the slowest I've seen one run with a decent driver, keep in mind the 14.10 time was by last years SRT-4 which came with an open differential, the new ones come with LSD, so they should have a better take off time. As for the 350Z, that was slow, I think the clutch went a few days after that. But 14.30 I think is a good time for a 350Z.
So if they are almost even for stock, how can a twin turbo be owned by a SRT-4 with a few boltons?

Rep Power: 0 Once you slap on a Greddy Twin Turbo, your talkin around 340whp for the Z, if both cars are totally stock, the SRT would pull away from the Z concidering it is about 600lbs lighter than the 350. But the SRT would not be able to smoke a 350.

Rep Power: 0 Basic Turbo on an SRT would own a 350z TT humm I tend to disagree. TT 350z runs with a shitty driver 12.4+, even with stage 2 upgrade an SRT wouldn't be in the low 12's.

I have seen stock SRT-4 Run up to mid 13's with a good driver.
You put up a Stock 350 against a stock SRT-4 the SRT owns hands down.
You put up a 350TT (350WHP tuned)($5,000 in mods) which its rated at, against an SRT-4 (375WHP untuned)($3000 in mods) leaves 2,000 more dollars in mods...
All I am saying is that the 350Z isnt the super car everyone makes it out to be.
For how much money you would need to throw into a Z to make it really fast @350WHP
You can throw the same amount of money at an SRT-4 and make well over 400WHP with a lighter vehicle.

Rep Power: 295 I don't know what kinda of set up thaqt 350 has for a twin turbo, but it really depends on how the engine is built and how much boost it's running. I don't know about a Z TT package, but my friends civic turbo kit only runs 6 psi on a stock turbo kit. Personally, I think the SRT- is going to hold it own and niether are going to smoke either of them (give equal modding). Now which would I rather have.... the 350Z of course, neon's look bad (IMO) aren't that reilable and are a pain to work on (never worked on an SRT though, but they can't be easier than a normal neon). The 350 Z just looks nicer IMO, RWD helps in my opion too.

Never amazes me.... You guys have to get out of its just a neon stage.... because last time i checked ur is just a CIVIC!!!! and for the record my NEON runs 13.1... As for the TT 350z It is with out a doguht a SICK machine!! but you have to understand one thing... 1 the TT wasnt tuned.. 2 the SRT-4 gets all its POWER form 3-4 gear.. so going from a roll its a great race.... personaly i think i would walk him.. 350z tt if fast but mostly cause the RWD, thata help a LOT!! espcialy of a launch! so From a roll its a good race.. SO STOP UNDERESTIMATING THE SRT-4... cause it will do circles around ur imaginary motor swap thats goin ot happend NEVER!! lmao just face it.. You have JUST A CIVIC!

Rep Power: 275 yeah the srt4's are hot little cars. i test drove one 2 weeks ago. we took it on this one lane road with like 3 consecutive s turns followed by a nice str8 away. and i was impressed. i pushed that car dam hard and it's nice to feel some tq. if i had to do it over again, i would get me a neon. but i would swap the headlights and taillight with some sort of conversion so it doesn't look like a neon. because neons are fruity and i would be undercover

Rep Power: 0 Forget the vid, stock for stock, $ for $ if it was the same amount of money in mod from $0 - $6000 the SRT from a roll will own from a dig will have problems. Now back to the vid the guy with the SRT-4 with some basic mods and a guy who threw in over 5000 dollars into his car of course the 350 will win. But if he raced a guy who put 5000 dollars into his NEON the SRT-4 would have killed it.
