Stuff Magazine Article
Hey guys in Stuff Magazine this month they talk about fine tuning a 2003 Honda Civic Si. If I can find it on the web I will post the article. It talks about what it takes to make a quicker more maneuverable car at the price of $48,404 dollars plus car.
Sometimes, I can see right through myself ...

Almost $50,000 for a fckgwing Si?!@# No way man. For that kind of money, I'd be riding baller status. Gimme a G35 or IS300 for that price.

"make a quicker more maneuverable car at the price of $48,404 dollars plus car" That means -"You can make a quick and maneuverable car and only spend $48,404 plus the price of the car." -If thats what that means i should write an article for stuff magazing:
"How to make a 900whp 7thGen Civic for only $80,000 plus the price of the Civic."

Wouldn't it just be cheaper to import a CTR and be done with it?

They went the NA way, and got a pretty good amount of hp out of it too. Well, if that's 240 hp to the wheels, they did well. But I'm sorry, I wouldn't spend that much money on the car and still lose to Vettes and M3s.
Plus there are quite a few cars out there that can out-maneuver and out-run the Mugen Si and still cost under 48k.

Wow its more expesnive than I thought to gain a second on the 1/4 mile.
Wouldn't it just be cheaper to buy an ex and do a complete k20a swap? Better looking car and good performance.

im not going to hate on it. they did a great job and the car is awesome. its just not worth that much money. the base RSX-S runs a couple tenths of a second behind that SI for less than half the price. for 48k, i would get a bone STOCK 02 GS430, tint the windows, chrome out the 5 spoke rims and throw in a killer sound system. hehehe
