look at the feedback, its pretty bad to me. maybe 1 or 2 negatives are ok if your over 100 but that seems a little overboard and his customers were disappointed.

They only have a sound of it at low rpms, i bet in the higher ones it does sound like a whistle. Loud and annoying. Not to mention that huge bold sticking out the bottom of it.
