Did anyone see this on C&D today? They tested 5 pick-up trucks, Ford, Chevy, Dodge, Toyota and Nissan. I was very impressed that the new Nissan Titan won. It was the cheapest of the bunch at 33K and its in its first year of production. Just figured I'd post this for anyone in the market for a pick up, that Titan is bad ***... maybe I'll talk my bro or pops into buying one (pick up fans) Later all

it was on a few months ago too lol, but they did say that there was only 1 point seperating 1st 2nd and 3rd.

That was stupid, I have the 03 dodge hemi quad cab, fully loaded, and some of the stuff they were saying was stupid. First off, they said it was tested at ____ thousand, but those were exaggerated prices. They were saying 40k for the truck, i didnt even pay 40k for the truck, and i got it fully loaded.

Also, some of the road tests were fukking stupid. I mean you buy a truck to buy a truck. It isnt a SRT-10 or a Lightning, so you obviously arent looking for performance. The 0-60 times, braking times, lane changing times, jumping the sand dunes....wtf is that?! You dont buy a truck to jump dunes and to drive it like a sports car...that's what sports cars are for. I could go on but all in all, car and driver tests are a joke.

I have a friend who keeps trying to find a truck that drives like a sports car. It aint going to happen. Ever. Some of those tests are important for towing and stuff like that but they are testing for the comon person and most people who buy a truck just do it because they are cool, not because they are going to use them for anything. Here in simi having a big truck will get girls way more then a sports car or import, it sucks
