Who Drives Without Shoes?
how many of yall drive without shoes? mah clutch foot shoe get stuck on the bottom of the carpet.. and i cant move mah food ne more... who else drives shoeless?

i hate driving w/o shoes. it is so much harder to press down the pedals, especially the clutch when you dont have shoes on.

Rep Power: 0 this is gonna sound weird but here it goes. i am worried that if i get into an accident with no shoes on i will loose my feet and i need them to play drums so i drive with shoes. the logic is meesed up but im pretty paranoid about it!!
i drive without shoes a lot of the time ... its so hot down here in houston that all i wear is flip-flops if anything at all and I keep them under my driver's seat .. and you can't very well drive with flipflops in a manual.
I also like the improved clutch feel you can get bare-foot

now this is gonna sound wierd. I actually perfer when driving competition to drive shoeless or in thin racing shoes (I actually just use wrestling shoes). Driving in socks or thin shoes lets you feel everything that goes on and the response is great. Give it a try. It might be harder to press downt the clutch, but I garuntee after some time you will start to drive smoother and better.

Rep Power: 297 i have driven barefooted before after softball games and practices because i didn't feel like putting on shoes after i took my cleats off...i've driven in my cleats too...now that feels weird...
