Crew Registration

I was just wondering how you register your car crew?? Someone said you send in some kind of form. Anyways, it's so the locals recognize you as an organization and you have the right to organize and gather as a group in public and on private property.

Any ideas?? I'm sure members that are police officers know what I'm talking about. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thx for that bit of information. But the cops here in Austin, TX suck. The conversation would end up in them askin for my ID then strip searching me.

I'd rather avoid cops at all possible times. I'm not saying all cops are like this, but just the ones in Austin, TX and towards me personally; they are haters.

Still need the info, thx.

Ok I will answer your question and yes I am in law enforcement. No all cops are not *******s. The ones in Austin you are talking about are probably gay and just want a chance to strip search you. Too many ***-bandits in Austin. Next time offer the cop a donut or ask if if there is a physical fitness requirement to be a cop. Maybe throw his night stick and see if he will play fetch. Some people in law enforcement forget that they work for the public.

Back on topic. Get registered as a non-profit organization. It is not hard to do. Do one charity meet (show) a year, maybe a toys for tots fund raiser near christmas. Every thing you purchase for the crew will be non-taxed. Once you are registered non-profit. Sit down and form club officers. President, vice president, secretary, treasurer, road captain and sgt at arms. Find an old biker, buy him a beer and ask him how to set up a club. They have been doing it since the 60's and run **** the right way. How do you think Hells angels and Banditos run with/in the boundries of the law and are still outlaws. They are non-profit charity groups not gangs

I think you are the only person I know that gets stripped everytime they are stopped. What has Austin come too. Damn ***-bandits..

Thanks for the info guns, but what kind of paper work do I need to fill out, and where do I get this paper work from?

About the strip searching, that was a figure of speech. I just meant that Austin PD gives me a lot of crap so I'd rather not have to deal with them. Thanks in advance.

Search the net. The treasurer of my old club did all the work for us. I am sure you have to register in Austin with State of Texas. When you find out let me know. Or if you cant figure it out let me know and I will call up some old biker brothers who would know how.

Good luck.
