02 lx vs 96 dx
Okey a guy asked me to race his 96 hatch dx with header, cold air, and exhaust...but since i only go for looks and I dun race i told him no...bside my is a auto all stock and his is a manuel..hatch are alot lighter than a sedan...anyway if we were to race who would mostly think will win???

inmy opinion if hi car is well maintained he will win and then proceed to laugh at you. then you will kick him in the nuts.

Rep Power: 0 o yea i know...overall the hatch will win...but i forgot to add since the hatch doesnt have RPM he shift too fast....in my opinion he's not a good driver....it comes down to driver when driving a manuel rite??

Yeah, unless he has an aftermarket RPM gauge? Also in the older DX he's going to need all those mods just to keep up. Depending on how well the car runs I think you can take him. I think you will be about even with him. I'm guessing if his car is old and abused then you'll probably win.

Rep Power: 0 yea but i seen how this guy drive and when it come to listenin to his engine to know when to shift...he dont know how!!! i been in the car wid him to see how he drive....he don't how to get the maz power out of his car....since i dont race i didnt want to race him...away from the weight different...this is what i think how much hp he got...6 or less from exhuast, 2 for header and 1 or 2 for cold air...total of 117...all stock lx is about 115 thea not too big of a diffeent...correct me if i'm wrong about the hp gain from the mod

Rep Power: 338 Unless this guy really doesnt know how to drive, and doesnt at point to shift, you'll win. The weight and transmission and mods will surely put the ball on his court, but....... you'll never know till you try.....
you could beat him or you couldnt. right now he has alot of advantages
i beat modded 6th gen's all the time and my cars stock and i have the same engine as you but, i have a manuel tranny. i havent lost a race to a 6th gen yet
