im seriously tired of driving automatic and my tan interior. at first i didnt like the SI but its grown on my now and im considering a trade in for a used 03 civic si. im looking for one in white and the only things i plan on doing to it is intake, kit, wheels, drop, and OEM FP wing.
What do u guys think? is it worth the trade?

If you want it then get it.
I have my own personal feelings about the Si but they are my own opinions. Like its to Friggin Heavy. things like that.

at first i couldnt look past the minivan looks but the aftermarket has made it look so much better. my EX is sooo slow and ive considered a swap and turbo but i dont want to mess around with all that. if i do end up getting an si ill be parting out my ex.

^^haha i wish it were that easy. still have to convince mom and pops since they are the ones who got me the civic. id have to part the 4pc xenon kit(EBP), rs grill(EBP), AEM SRI, tsudo fireball catback, new goldline springs, tyc chrome tails, cf foglights, 17in katana vr-6 (RH CR) reverse indiglow gauges, 2 12inch pioneer subs in bandpass box ( prolly wont fit in si trunk) and ARP aluminum wing.

My personal opinion is that its a sweet car for sure, lots of power and fun to drive, but I still like the styling of my Coupe better, even if it is slow ........... for now ........

Dont know about that.... the RSX doesnt seem to be all that....

For awhile I felt the same way. I'd see an Si almost every day, and it started to grow on me. But then I'd see an RSX-S or an EBP '00 Si, and I'd quickly change my mind. I'm in love with other cars more so than the current lineup of Si's.

i would get a RSX type S but everyone and their grandma has an RSX. i rather stick to the SI because ive always wanted a hatchback and also because the SI has really grown on me. Plus since the SI is still a civic i can still Rock that 7thgen.com sticker to gain 5hp!

I was actually just looking at a leftover 03 si, I've had a coupe for 2 1/2 years and I just want something different something quicker, but still a honda, I can't afford an accord either, so I'm off tomorrow to try to finalize everything for the Si. I'm gonna miss my coupe but I just need something other than my coupe, its an lx with tan interior also, errr, i miss having black interior.

yea i like the 03 better than the 04. not liking the new taillights but i do like the new headlights. parents want me to trade it in for a new 04 they dont want me to get a used car. hopefully everything works out. gonna have to pump iron to get in shape for shifting!
I'm glad I got a EX manual. I love the Eternal Blue color but the tan is'nt my favorite but I know it's gonna be gutted some time in the future so it doesnt bother me that much. God darn Canadians get black interior in the blue.
The 03 si i'm going for is new, no miles on it, i specifically looked for an 03 cuz the new taillights arent growing on me at all, and I agree the headlights look cool. I understand what your parents are saying about getting an 04, see if u can find a dealer with a couple 03's left, its very possible, mine has 2.
