I personally bought my Coupe because it was different from the 03s.

Of course, it took 3 weeks to even LOCATE a 5-spd EX Coupe... Autos were just way too gay for me.



Note that I got rid of those UGLY stock wheels in lue of the nicer 5-stars Honda sells, but does not offer on new Civics. I'm in the process of installing the Aero kit, foglights, and wing.... but as you can see, it's COLD out here....

I think that if the 2004 hadn't been redesigned, we wouldn't even have BOUGHT a Civic at all. Doesn't mean I think the 01-03s are ugly, but it was not to my liking enough to actually purchase one...it's a good looking vehicle, but too reminsicent of a style that has been around since 1996 (without modifications, of course) Just goes to show, Alexander, that opinions are like *******s...well, I'm sure we all know the rest

As for the Camry comment...Oh gee, it now looks like a car that comparably loaded, is nearly $10,000 more lease:. That's a terrible thing lol. You keep your 03, and I'm glad you're happy with it. I certainly won't be starting a thread concerning my opinion about the older style

As for being crazy, yes, I think you are crazy for starting a thread that really has no point. People will either like the new redesign, or they won't...end of story.

I hear ya about the expensive spoiler. H and A Accessories wants $370 for the OEM couple spoiler, while places on Ebay are selling them for $140 painted. If you want to know 100% that it WILL fit and the paint will be top notch, then buy OEM. If you just want a wing and will sacrifice on the finer points, then go aftermarket. Not saying replica parts are automatically crappy, but buying Honda WILL give you instant peace of mind

About the tint, it all depends on the laws in your state. We went with 20% to give it a nice dark look, but not scream to get the attention of the fuzz.

I think it was $174 for the Coupe and $183 for the Hatchback.... The difference was because there's more surface area on the hatchy.

I know from those pics I posted you really can't tell the difference in the tint. Basically, if we were sitting IN the cars, you could still sort of see me, whereas on the 5%, you would not know that anyone was sitting in the car.

Also, WARNING: You will NOT be able to see jack-**** when making a left-handed or right-handed turn at night with 5% tint. You could literally run over a small child or animal because the side windows are basically useless at night. It takes some getting used to.

LOL I believe apple skins are pretty high in fiber, and fiber provides a good flushing for your digestive tract (correct me if I'm wrong, it's been a while since my last anatomy course!) So your colon may benefit from eating more fruits and vegetables...you really didn't know it was an apple?

What and the 04 civic isn't a 7th gen? Do you know what makes a certail group of car a "generation?" Nobody said anything about stupid ricer mags either. Apparently I need to clarify.

I didn't say I WANTED a Camry, but I do think they are nice, sporty cars for a 4 door sedan, and have a nice, streamlined appearance. Therefore, resembling one in the front fascia design is NOT a bad thing, IMO. The Civic and Camry are both practical, economical cars. Sorry if a Camry just isn't as cool as your racer, show car CIVIC. And sorry, I don't read "TUNING MAGS", because usually they have the kind of crap that is posted in this forum as a joke...Civics with BMW components, etc. If I want advice on modding a car, I'll ask my peers, not the MTV of the automobile world.
