I can see he has underbody neons going on and you could see the wires just hanging there. The car's original, but I would never do that to my car.

Be glad we all live in a country where we are STILL allowed to be different and creative. Whatever that may mean to someone else.
Anyone watch Monster Garage, BTW? I can't say I like every car they build,
but I DO like some of them. In particular the trike made from this huge truck engine. I think it's bada$$. In an ocean of look-alike cars, something that really stands out is a refreshing thing to see.
