Rep Power: 328 Go say that at an auto-x track and get laughed at. The miata destroys most cars in the twisties. Oh yeah, and it's the best selling sports car of all time if that tells you anything.
And is that why outside of the Honda community the S2000 is nicknamed the "pissed off miata?"

The reason people say that they're "gay" cars(which is stupid BTW) is simply because they seem to very popular among gay men. Miatas ARE nice track cars, which only reinforces the stereotype that most gay men have good taste! LOL!

In a Car and Driver comparison test the S2000 beat out a TT, Z4, Boxster and the new 350Z Roadster. (In that order TT being last 350Z being 2nd).

for everyone saying its a "girl car" or a "gay car"...the civic isnt all that macho. i would get a miata over a civic any day...in fact, thats one of the cars im considering to replace the civic after my lease is up.

It's obvious the S2000 would kill it at he strip due to the like 85 more horses.

Rep Power: 347 The Miata is a nice car with a fairly low starting price for FR car. I would take a used one anyday... Anyone can own one but the car reflects the owners personality, which would easily be seen if the interior were pink or something...

I'm considering driving a Mini Cooper S when my lease is up.. And a page back it was one of those "gay" cars! You get the right mods for that and it can gobble many cars either in a straight line or all of the twistie turnies!
