Yeah, you read the tittle correctly, leave it up to someone in Vermont to design a snowplow for your car or minivan. Imagine your 7thgen with one of these badboys on the front......and yes this is real, it was even advertised on TV up here last night.
Click here, don't be affraid its not Rice, its Redneck.

Rep Power: 0 According to the site one of thier guys used a Nissan Sentra to plow his driveway. With snow tires and light snow it could work. I wouldn't use it. But I guess it could work.

does the plow have a specific use for the car- yes
is it functional - yes
will it look better if it is color matched to the car - yes
does it increase the performance of the vehicle in the snow - yes
therefore it is not rice.

Rep Power: 0 cambo you seem to be trying to start **** with people lattly.
did i say the plow was rice? no i said a ricer would put that on braging.
hence he would be making up storys of what he did with it that where untrue and he painted a strip on the plow to mach the one on his car?
so where did i ever say the actual plow in its self would be rice?
thanks drive threw

Rep Power: 312 you cant be a ricer unless you put rice on your car.
so therefore, if a person needs to add rice to their car and they add the plow, then the plow = rice. mathematically, it works out.
whats so wrong if a person wants to make it match their car while its on? how is that rice?
if he was driving around with it on and DID plow 2 feet of snow, then by all means, he has bragging rights. He did it, not anyone else. Its just like anyone in the street/track/strip forum braggin about their 'kills'.
also, when and where have i tried to start **** lately? i've only posted like 3 times in the past 4 days or so.

i could be a ricer if i have a wing on my car, but because i put cold air intake on my engine does not mean it's rice.

Rep Power: 0 the person can be (rice) not just the mods on there car. the way they talk about mods but dont know jack about them.
the plow in its self is not rice like i said. but they way he talks about it can then turn that object into a rice object to people that know him and herd him talk about it as rice.
example a spoler on a car that comes from the dealership is not rice. but now if the guy goes around saying its adding 10hp and he needs it to keep his back end on the ground then there ya go.
you turned a funny thred into pos.

Rep Power: 257 I'd rather buy a snow blower or pay someone to plow my driveway. I could get my driveway plowed like 30 times for that price. That'd probably last me 5 years or more. A snowblower will do sidewalks too.
Once I have kids I can have them shovel it.

Re: Are You Redneck Enough To Put A Snow Plow On Your Civic???
What a car CAN do and what it can do for more than a few miles are two very different things.
I have "plowed" snow with my corolla. My "design" was hardly elaborate. I had some plywood in the garage, I had a shagged motorcycle tire in the garage, and I had ratchet straps. Anchor ratchet straps to the car-seat "LATCH" in the back seat, and then route them up over the top of the trunk deck lid. Secure to the sheet of plywood, and throw the tire between the wood and your bumper.
It pushed a few inches of snow out of my driveway a handful of times before I noticed that the trunk deck was bending :P
Not my worst, or least effective idea, but also not something I would ever do with a nicer car, or expect to work in extreme conditions.
