have you guys seen the new 2004 VW jetta?
i was really loving the tailights. it looks 9 million times better than the current tailights. it looks very much like the passat. it would have been tight if they made the 2004 civic sedan with completely half red and half clear tailights as well. but noooooo. HONDA sucks.

I understand what your saying though.. I had a chance to buy a black jetta MK4 but decided not to for the same reason.. This one is nice though..

have u guys seen the tailights for the new mdx and the new tundra? well those are hot. i am personally biased towards the red/clear tailights, so every ride with those tailights is a plus for me.
yeh i like the jetta, whoever the fvck said jettas are for girls and queers is a dumb ***. who da fvck has da right to label a car with its specific demographic? this site is loaded with stuck up egocentric haters. shiet as far as im concerned, civic is an uber queer- girly car too from their point of view as well. SO STOP HATING. i have a civic too but i know how to appreciate a good car when i see one. i dont bash around some cars just because i think they look nice and don't want to admit it. civic is not the best car out there, stop acting like it is.

Almost every Jetta I saw in my old town had a hot girl driving it.
Thats why I keep an eye out for them.
i like jetta's but i hear they arent reliable? like ive seen them on those reliability list and stuff
I think vw's can look nice when modified.. even the older gens, IMO.
I looked at a black GTI before I bought my civic.. black rims and cleared corners.. looked pretty sweet.

I see tons of girls drive civics, and when I was in high school, all the cheerleaders had jettas, so civics and jettas are girl cars...BUT. If I drive a civic, which I do, girls love it...why? because it's a girl car, and I get girls in it...so stop hating and stop labeling...that shiz is so stupid.
my friend's 99 VR6 is both a great car and a POS at the same time. the engine is still going strong at 150k miles (he drives a LOT), but things like the power windows and interior pieces are starting to fall apart.

In addition, the Volkswagon bug was design so the so that Hitler could circumvent the treaty of Versailles which prohibited him from making weapons of war. The bug was made so the body could easily be replaced by what was know as the "Thing", a war vehicle.
So yes, VW was certainly in a way a "**** car".
And yes, girls drive Jettas almost exclusively(including my gf). Lots of chicks drive Civics, but so do lots of guys.
I got a kick out of the original poster that said "Honda sucks" because they don't put clear strips in their taillights! LOL!
Regarding the Hitler stuff, hey we were at war with Japan also so should we not buy Japanese cars? Get over it. I'm undecided on most VW's looks but my gripe is more with reliability and build quality, my consumer reports buyer's guide really slammed the new beetle and jetta.
