what do u have to do to get a 12 second automatic d17 civic? and is the first step turbocharging?

Hmm, lets see, tube frame,custom chassis... might as well ditch the d17... your looking at the cost of the car and then some to get it in the 10s..so...

I don't think it would happen without gutting the interior and a lot of bolt ons. You might as well swap the engine and start from there

12s are possible with motor internals and headwork.. new intake manifoild, throttle body... and like 12-15psi.... its possible.. and cat or i will have it done by spirng... WITH the D17.. i dont see why its so impossible when we are in 13s nicely already.. and niether of us had nice slicks or anything like that... BONE stock motors... so much potential in these cars man..

I believe that while stickers DO add HP...they also take away from the aerodynamic flow of our cars, thus rendering the HP gains ineffective!

how fast can u get a automatic civic if u get the SF turbo, then put 5,000 into engine work? and if u guys don't think it's a good idea, the k20 is my only real option isn't it? DH-racing said with a sf turbo ($3,000)_, and a built (d17) motor ($3,000) that i can run 20 psi and run 11s, is that true?
