got this response back from the .biz guy.
sorry man i just bought this site off ebay abought 6 months ago. i didn't no where any of this stuff came from, it all came with the site. it was like a "turn Key" Business i will take your info of my site below-retail.biz but i don't no who owns http://www.24kracing.com/how_to/how_to.htm it's not my site.

I sell a book I wrote on eBay. Some tool bought a copy of it and then tried to sell it himself. He copied my exact auction html code and everything. I threatened him with legal action and he shut down. Knock on wood.
I also found out that if someone is selling your copyrighted info on eBay, there's a way you can report them to eBay and then eBay will shut them down. I know this is true if they steal your auction, but I imagine that it might hold true for any copyright infringement.

You can make it in to a PDF with watermarks on every page. Or make it into graphics that are very obviously watermarked as 7thGenCivic.com property.
If you want to spend some money, you can get a lawyer, get them copyrighted, and pursue anyone who uses them but... unfortunately the intenet is full of jerks who are doing one thing. Stealing for their own benefit.
