Actually when you are hauling *** through corners you can forget how fast you are going and it is very easy to slide into those damn trees. Nonetheless he is a dumb driver and he has a 32K piece of scrap metal.

not to compare it to a ferrari, but i dont blame them for requiring past ownership to buy the enzo. all nice cars should recquire this...at least a clean driving record. thats just sad. its a limited production as it is, then idiots like this do that.
