i actually saw this on the parkway tonight and i was impressed. it was small and fast. as he was coming up behing me i thought it was a bike. as he was next to me i thought it was a dun-buggie or a go-cart. here's a pic of what he was driving

Rep Power: 311 it was definetly one of the coolest things i saw. 2 of them were dipping in and out of traffic. one of them had an in dash tv. the other had strobs around the body and kinda looked like a spaceship
