well I already have the AEM CAI, which is sick!!! the sound is outta control!!! I'll probably get the Neuspeed rear upper strut bar in a week or so, and after that, I might drop it a bit next year, thinking Neuspeed sport. Had them on my civic before and I liked it
One more thing, did you have to relocate anything when you installed the CAI? I don't know what to choose between the Injen and AEM CAI, and the AEM V2. I'm thinking of AEM V2 because I wouldn't have to relocate anything.

I had it professionally installed, since I had to move the windshield washer bottle to the other side of the engine compartment. Honestly though, I would still go for the V1 instead of the V2. AEM says the V1 give you 12.7 hp gain, compared to 18.5 hp for the V2. When you look at it like that, the V2 looks amazing. But then you look at the dyno chart. The V2 pumps out 182.2 HP at 8000 RPM, compared to 180.2 hp for the V1 at 7,250 RPM. Ok is 2 hp less, but you don't have to rev the car all the way to 8000 RPM to get your peak! Next you look at the torque. The V2 gives you 130.2 lb/ft at 7300 RPM!!!! 7300!!! That's extremely high! When you compare that to the 128.3 lb/ft at 4,750 RPM of the V1........
So all and all, in my mind the AEM CAI v1 still comes out on top. Ok the V2 will give you a little more, but the problem is where it gives that power. I think AEM gave up a little performance on the V2 to make it easier to install. But that's just my opinion.

you know what, really not a fan of the wing. If I wanted the wing, I would have gotten it when I got the car, but I've never been a fan of spoilers, so all I got was the skirt kit
Firewall, I've heard I should fill up on Oil and Manual Transmission Fluid as needed because it's still new. Have you done this with yours? They said because it's a new engine it'll use up more oil. So far, I have 660 miles and I guess I'll be checking the levels when I get home from work, just in case.
Long time no chat Azure! You finally got your RSX....sweet man....I finally got my SF Turbo today....guess you know what Civic808 and I got plans for this weekend...Nice ride...Hey maybe your next set of pics gonna have an intercooler peeking out of that grille of yours eh? HaHa! Save up for a turbo or a Super....that should put you ballz to the wallz on Nimitz.....Chat wit ya laterz......
Haha. . . I was thinking of going NA. But I heard it's costs more than going FI. But oh well.
Sweet! I wanna see pics of it installed.
Oh, let me post in the other thread (the Hawaii one), hehe.

I thought I was looking at my car for a minute there
I really do wish the U.S. differentiated the difference of the base and type s on the outside like they did with the canadian models on the rims. They look very nice!! US base and type s models are identical in just about every way except for clues of a larger exhaust tip and the obvious type s logo in the back.

Im used to lighter interiors so titanium was prefferable for me
and I thought the side skirts were not painted on the type s? My car came with it and my friend had a black type s and if i recall correctly the sideskirt was painted... Would know for sure but everyone bought black cars or already put a kit on it haha
I think canadian models have heated mirrors too which would be fairly valueable in washington where frost is a common problem in the morning.

Oh yah, that's right. Canada has the heated mirrors for the RSX. But if I'm not mistaken, US RSX's will have those for the 04 RSX's.
Haha cool.. i did not know that. Anyhow the rsx needs the oem bodykit
Should be part of the type S package to begin with!! Get it! Looks great and will look like my car hehe..

Yah, my bro will probably get the kit sooner or later. And if he gets that, then I'm going to go for the ITR kit
.
Haha, yah, that'd be cool if the kit was included when you get the Type-S.
