Here's proof from Honda's own website that the 2004 Civic, at least the coupe, WILL have redesigned front end. Looks like that pic someone posted from MSNBC a while back was correct! Go to page 17 and look at the small pics of all the 2004 models. It is a small pic, so no great details, but you can clearly see the redesigned front end/headlights. Now I (we) can't wait for more details and better pics!

Also, to point out some other interesting items from the small pics of the 2004 models, the S2000 (or is it S2200?) also has a redesigned front end/headlights, and brand new 17" wheels. Plus the Si looks like it has different wheels that look like 16s or 17s. I like the S2000s new wheels, they look a little like the current Viper's wheels.

I took this picture at a civic commercial that I was in so yeah...it has a new front end, new character lines along the lower side and rear sills along with new tail lights.

nothing to go trading your 01-03 over though...

BTW my car is third one back from the front, be watchin for the new civic commercial

It looks like they took the headlights from the 6th gen Accord and morphed them with the current 7th gen Civic's lights. Not sure if I like it or not. Are those wheels 15s or 16s? And I assume they are standard on EXs. The one thing I do like about the new front is the bumper is SMOOTH. I HATE the license plate "block" on the front of our bumpers.

Exactly, which is why the headlights remind me of my old 2002 Accord's. The more I look at the front end, the more it looks like a face, which the upturned lower grille making a smile, and the headlights looking like eyes!!! Sorta of an evil looking smiley face. Am I right, or did someone slip something in my Pepsi One???

Word yo! I was thinking the same thing. I'm sucker for factory parts and I would much rather have that grill than the Altezza grill. Atleast I know to myself that it is an original Honda part! Yes, I know I'm weird.

P.S. As soon as I get that grill, if it does fit, I'm unscrewing the "H".

I think it has a little Mazda 6 in it. If it has the same rear, I won't like it, cuz the car will not flow, it doesn't seem to match between the front and the rear end.

Still looks like 6th gen Accord headlights to me. As for the people wanting the grill or bumper, looks like you would need the whole front clip, the cut lines for the bumper look different due to the different headlight shape, so you couldn't just bolt on the bumper to our current 7th gens. Not without body work at least. I really want to see the back, and the interior.

the upper grill looks like it would fit, but who knows. i dunno, looks too "family sedanish" for me. i like how the 7thgencivic looks over the 7.5thgencivic :P
